8 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course



8 week MBSR Course 29th Oct to and including 21st December 2020. All classes 7pm to 9pm on a Thursday eve (expect 21st Dec, this is a Monday) Delivered via Zoom, you will be taught as part of group by MindfulnessUK Tutor Stephanie Unthank. There will also be a half day retreat offered to participants.
