8 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

 

 

8 week MBSR Course commencing 18th January 2021 7pm to 9pm for 8 consecutive weeks, delivered via Zoom, you will be taught as part of group by MindfulnessUK Tutor Stephanie Unthank. There will also be a half day retreat offered to participants.
